Today I ran 1.6 miles to the gym, then 1.6 miles back home.  At the gym this is what I did:

5 super-sets  of: Leg Extensions & Seated Leg Curls (24 Reps per exercise).

2 High rep low weight leg presses: 26 Reps both sets.

…As for the last post, it was really something I re-posted from a forum, where some agreed that 4th Amendment violations are something to be upset about rather than the “Public Option”.  I stated that the new Health care reform bill could be used as leverage to pry into people’s privacy all to ensure we have “government approved” coverage.

As long as I stay healthy, I guess I could avoid going to the doctor if we are forced into the government welfare system.  Running anyone?

Its about time someone does this.

TEXAS TOWNSHIP — Kalamazoo Valley Community College is looking to the winds to help power the school.

WWMT-TV reports the southwest Michigan school this week was having cranes hoist 25-foot blades for a 145-foot wind turbine as part of a $250,000 project at its campus in Kalamazoo County’s Texas Township.

The 50-kilowatt turbine is expected to generate up to 15 percent of the energy needed to power the school’s technical wing.

I will be racing for CycleTherapy Racing this year.  I had fun racing for RBS Cycling Team, but I wanted to try something different.  I will be posting more bike related updates here this season.  Hopefully there will be less political rants and more good biking news!

The Happiest poeple in the world are supposedly from Puerto Rico and Colombia.  Maybe its because everyday is a party to them.  So no matter how back our economy is getting if we had a reason to party then we could actually stimulate happiness into the rest of the people.  Parties do require food, drink and other spending.  I took a break froming riding and lately I have been enjoying the guitar!
